She has lived in Charlotte for years and only moved away to Chapel Hill, NC, while her husband attended Dental School. Upon his graduation, immediately returned to the place she knows and loves as home!

Shirley entered the single-family real estate industry as a result of her experience in the multi-family industry. While in Chapel Hill she started from the ground up, in less than 2 years she went from a leasing consultant to Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager of a very prestigious community. It is here she discovered her passion for real estate. She quickly learned that hard work, ambition and building relationships were the only way to be successful in the industry.
