As a native Charlottean, I am very familiar with all aspects of living in the Piedmont and Western regions of North Carolina. Growing up in Eastover and living in the Myers Park and Bellemeade neighborhoods, I have seen Charlotte evolve from a small city into a world class destination.
I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning, and have been a full-time Broker/Realtor in the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association since 1983. As a Certified Relocation Specialist, I was in the top 6% of Realtors nationally with Prudential Carolinas Realty prior to joining Exit Realty South in July of 2006.
I specialize in Greater Charlotte properties from Lake Norman to uptown, South Charlotte,Union County, Lake Wylie, Lancaster and York Counties, S.C. I also have real estate expertise in the High Country region of the N.C. mountains, where I graduated from Christ School, a college prep, and also maintain a second home.
I am a member of the National, State and Charlotte Regional Realtors Associations, the International Geographical Honor Society of Gamma Theta Upsilon and am a licensed Broker in both N.C. and S.C.
I enjoy being a member of Carolina Golf Club and Sardis Presbyterian Church, and in my spare time I am spending time with my wife Martha and our 2 children, playing golf or hiking in the mountains.
