When it comes to real estate you want an experienced professional representing you. I have been a Realtor since 1976, active in all facets of the industry from buyer and seller representation to property management and real estate instruction.
In 1976 I joined my family real estate company, founded by my father, and was the managing broker within a year. During that time I served on the Delray Beach Board of Realtors as an officer and chaired the Education committee.
1982 brought me to North Carolina where I opened Rooth & Associates, Inc. Real Estate as well as The Rooth School of Real Estate. I taught Fundamentals in Real Estate, a pre-licensing class and recruited new agents for our firm. Active in the Highlands-Cashiers Board of Realtors, I served two terms as President. All while growing my real estate business and firm to one of the largest in town.
Charlotte, NC became home for my daughter and I in 1995 and I continued my real estate career with a focus on new home sales and construction as well as general real estate.
